All of our ferments are made in our commercial farm kitchen with certified organic cabbage, grown (mostly) by us. Our sauerkraut is raw, live, and lacto-fermented, adding beneficial bacteria to your body, aiding in digestion.
We ferment small batches in ceramic crocks. We rely on “wild” fermentation which means that the yeast and bacteria present in the fermentation process are unique to our farm: Juniper Farm magic in every bite.
